It’s another action-packed week at Innaloo Sports Club!
The latest edition of the ISC Weekly Newsletter is out now, packed with sporting triumphs, upcoming events, entertainment, competitions, community news and plenty of reasons to get down to your Club.
The big headline this week is a magnificent double Grand Final victory for our Darts teams! Innaloo D2 battled back brilliantly to defeat Kingsley 6–4, while Innaloo D4 delivered a stunning 6–0 victory. Two teams, two Grand Finals and two championships! Congratulations to both teams on an outstanding achievement. With the Darts Club also expanding from three boards to eight or nine, the future is looking bright.
Footy fans, get ready! The AFL Grand Final is LIVE at ISC on Saturday, 26 September from 12 noon. Bring your mates, grab a table, enjoy the atmosphere, food and competitions, and cheer on your team. And, of course, come along and watch the Dockers live with your friends at the Club!
Bowls is also firing, with the Ladies Winter Carnival completing 21 weeks of competition, Murray Ryan Series 3 pennants heading into a thrilling finale, and the Innaloo Bowling Club Season Launch and Open Bowling Day on Saturday, 19 September.
There’s plenty more happening every week: Monday and Wednesday 8-Ball Pool competitions, Thursday Darts, Wednesday WA Poker League, Zumba Tuesdays, Mid-Week Bowls Wednesdays, Friday morning and Saturday afternoon social bowls, Mahjong, line dancing and Saturdays’ social ping pong.
Catch Premier League, UEFA Champions League and other football action on STAN, AFL finals, rugby, motor sports and more across the Club’s many TVs. Plus TAB action, live entertainment, great food and Guinness and VB on tap.
And don’t forget Friday night’s Chase the Ace! Last week’s Ace remained hidden, sending the jackpot soaring to $1,400. With the jackpot growing by $100 each week when unclaimed, your chance could be next!
There’s also the $100 board raffle, meat pack raffles and AFL Match of the Week points raffle.
