This week’s ISC Weekly newsletter is packed with wins, competition and reasons to get down to the Club!
“Father’s Day a Roaring Success at Innaloo” celebrates a sold-out roast, live music and a terrific turnout. “PK’s Mixed Doubles a Hit” salutes winners Sabrina and Peter, with Dave and Nicki runners-up. “Innaloo Ladies Roll to a Big Round 6 – Week 6 Win!” follows a 40–22 Winter Carnival victory over North Beach 2, while “Innaloo Holds Its Nerve in a Round 5 Thriller!!” covers a 35–33 win over Morley in the Murray Ryan Series 3 pennants.
Coming up: the Busy Bee on Sunday 13 September; the Bowling Club 2026/27 Season Launch/Open Day from noon on Saturday 19 September, with sausage sizzle, bowls, raffles and prizes; Men’s 100 Up on 20 September; and the AFL Grand Final LIVE from noon on Saturday 26 September. PK’s Mixed Doubles returns 11 October, while Double Thriller, the AC/DC and INXS Experience, hits on 14 November.
Regular favourites keep rolling: Tuesday Zumba and Ladies Winter Comp, Wednesday Mid-Week Bowls and WA Poker League, Mahjong Wednesdays and Fridays, Friday-morning and Saturday-afternoon social bowls, Saturday social ping pong, beginner line dancing, Monday and Wednesday 8-Ball Pool, and Thursday darts.
Friday night is a must! The food van is back, and Chase the Ace wasn’t won last week, so the jackpot is $1,300, growing $100 each week it survives. Buy meat-pack raffle tickets when available, a $2 chance at the $100 raffle, or pick the points difference in the final AFL match of the week, 3 for $5.
Catch Premier League on STAN, AFL finals, rugby, motorsport and more across the Club’s many TVs, check the TAB and enjoy Happy Hour. Photos and colourful flyers bring the Father’s Day fun, bowls, pool champions and upcoming entertainment to life.
