New Membership Card System Launch – Important Information for Members
Innaloo Sports Club is introducing a new Membership Card system to improve membership management and streamline point-of-sale transactions. Members are invited to collect their new card from the Sports Bar between 12:00pm and 3:00pm on Saturday 24 January or Sunday 25 January 2026. Members who cannot attend during these times should contact the Club Secretary to arrange an alternative collection.
A one-week grace period will apply. After this time, old paper membership cards will no longer be accepted. Members must carry their new card at all times and scan it at the point-of-sale terminal to receive member pricing. Without a card, full prices will apply and refunds will not be issued.
Note: Bar staff cannot override the system except for specific cases (pending Membership approval or opposing team members in official competitions).
Cards are issued with annual expiry dates and will be renewed upon payment of membership fees. Card sharing is strictly prohibited, and lost cards must be reported to the Secretary, with replacement fees potentially applying. Members are thanked for their cooperation during the rollout.
A copy of the New Membership Card Rollout posted around the Club and added to an updated version of the ISC Weekly Newsletter Vol03 – 20 January 2026 is available to download below:
