ISC Weekly Newsletter Vol35 – 2 Sep 2026

This week’s Innaloo Sports Club newsletter is packed with action! Its colourful pages capture craft displays, junior bowls, Scroungers smiles, pennant play and bold event posters from another lively week around the Club.

The Junior Bowler Support Day on Sunday 30 August was a terrific success, raising funds for young bowlers, while the Hugs & Stitches weekend on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August showcased handmade treasures in support of Grandcarers WA. Scroungers honours went to Tereza, Hazel and Val, while Tuesday’s Ladies Winter Carnival saw North Beach 1 edge Innaloo 28–26. In Murray Ryan Series 3 pennants, Mt Lawley defeated Innaloo 37–26.

The cues and darts were flying too! Wednesday pool saw the Nuggets beat Hit and Miss 14–11; Monday’s Pocket Plonkers drew 15–15 with Beeches Boys, while Ball’s in Hand narrowly lost 16–14 to Morley Mayhem. Thursday darts delivered the headline: Innaloo D4 beat Kingsley 2 6–4 to book a Grand Final berth, with D2 also winning 6–3.

Weekly favourites keep rolling: Tuesday Zumba; Wednesday Mid-Week Bowls and WA Poker League; Mahjong Wednesdays and Fridays; Friday-morning Scroungers; Saturday social bowls and ping pong; beginner line dancing; plus, Monday and Wednesday 8-Ball Pool and Thursday darts. Catch Premier League on STAN, AFL, rugby, motorsport and more across the Club’s many TVs, with TAB facilities too.

This Sunday, 6 September, brings the Busy Bee, a $25 Father’s Day roast lunch with dessert, pint and live music, plus PK’s Mixed Doubles Pool from 2pm. Men’s 100 Up and pool coaching are also ahead.

Friday could be your night: Chase the Ace is now $1,200 after another miss and jackpots $100 each week if there is no winner. Grab a meat-pack raffle when available, buy a $2 chance to win $100, or try three AFL points-difference picks for $5.
