It’s another big week at Innaloo Sports Club, and Vol 25 of the ISC Weekly Newsletter is packed with Club energy, winter sport, World Cup colour and plenty of reasons to get down to Birdwood Street.
World Cup fever is still running hot, with members and guests turning out in national colours to watch the action LIVE on the big screens. A special shout-out goes to the Brazilian supporters for bringing brilliant energy, while the Socceroos faithful have also been out in force, both in the wee hours of the morning. More FIFA World Cup games are being shown at the Club, and ISC has been granted to show live selected matches outside normal business hours. The Chase the Ace jackpot was won the previous week, continues on from last Friday with a $500 jackpot up for grabs. Come along, grab a drink, bring your mates and see whether you are the one to find the Ace. You can also pick up a $2 raffle ticket for a chance to win $100, or try the AFL last-game points-margin challenge, with three entries for $5.
There is plenty more happening around the Club too, including WA Poker League every Wednesday evening, Zumba on Tuesdays, Mid-Week Bowls on Wednesdays, Mahjong on Wednesdays and Fridays, social ping pong on Saturdays, line dancing, darts, pool competitions, TAB facilities, and live Stan Sport action including Premier League, AFL, Rugby and more.
