The 2018 Pool Club season has begun.

The Club had a great weekend. We hosted Kapture photography who enjoyed the Club facilities, Bar beverages, BBQ’s and bowls.

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING – IBC & ILBC
A Special General Meeting will be held at the Club this Friday 20th April 2018at 8.30am for registered bowling members.
This meeting has been planned to discuss the proposed amalgamation of the Innaloo Bowling Club and the Innaloo Ladies Bowling Club, as well as a review of the membership and locker fees to bring the ladies’ and men’s
rates in line with each other.
Mixed Bowls
Mixed Bowls commences on Saturday 05/05/18.
Registration by 12.30pm, start 1pm. $6pp.

Watch every game at the Innaloo Sportsmen’s Club.
If you are part of the Club footy tipping competition, don’t forget to put your tips in by 5.30pm Friday.

We would like to invite our members to provide feedback on the types of events they would attend at the Club. If you have any suggestions please send us an email or speak with any of our Committee members.
It is very important that all members know where to locate First Aid equipment in the event of an emergency at the Club. There is a portable First Aid Kit located in the main hall to the left of the main entrance heading out to the Beer Garden. This has been placed on a shelf underneath the storage cupboard for the defibrillator. There is also a small first aid kit located in the kitchen near the window.
St John Ambulance will be attending the Club on Wednesday May 2nd 2018 at 12pm to provide an information session on what to do in the event of an emergency and demonstration of the defibrillator. We highly encourage our members to attend this session as it could save a life. It will not take more than 30mins to an hour.
If you can attend, please RSVP to innaloosc@westnet.com.au or (08) 9446 9076,
so we are aware of numbers.

The Club had a great weekend. We hosted several groups for BBQ’s and bowls including the Nedlands Rugby Club and North Beach Deli. We also hosted a Christening in the Beer Garden.

All men are invited to participate in the Meat Packs social bowls competition held on Wednesday every week. Registrations by 12.50pm for a 1pm start, finishing at around 5pm. Only $7 per player, plus buy a ticket for the meat pack raffle for only $1. Club Championship Men’s Pairs
The Club Championship Men’s Pairs commence tonight, Wednesday 4th April. This competition is to run on Wednesday nights with the Final to be held on a Friday night, either 13/04/18 or 20/04/18 depending on numbers.
Arrival 6pm, Start 6.30pm. $10pp.

A selection of preserves are available for purchase at the Club. These have been made with love by the ladies of the Innaloo Ladies Bowling Club.
Currently on offer: fig jam, tomato relish, plum jam and chilli sauce. All ranging in price from $2.50 – $4 per jar. The fig jam is especially delicious!
All proceeds go to the ILBC.
Pool Club

The Club is always looking for volunteers to assist with odd jobs around the Club, Busy Bees, events and more.
In particular, we are currently looking for volunteers to help take down the shade cloth around the grassed greens. This will take place on Tue 11/04/18 at 9am, if you would like to help please add your name to the list on the Men’s notice board.
If you are willing to donate your time, please contact the Club on (08) 9446 9076 so that we can add your name to our list.
